I am about to start a fast-track plumbing course at College leading to the City and Guilds qualification and including the assessment. The course is expensive and I need to know how quickly I will be able to earn enough to pay back the loan. Is it difficult to start up in business? How quickly could I expect to get customers after advertising? Do lady plumbers struggle to find clients? I don't doubt that I'll be able to do the job, I'm practical and enjoy working with my hands, but do your members enjoy the actual job, are they glad they became plumbers?
